Inner Brilliance for injuries?

In chiropractic, we like to say that healing only happens one way.... from the inside-out! Meaning that your body does the healing. No one can heal you, it's something that your body does for you. Certainly medical intervention sometimes takes a role in assisting the body, but how does chiropractic care fit into the picture?

Chiropractic care can play an essential role for anyone healing from an injury. Whether you had a fall, a car accident, a sports injury, or a repetitive strain at work...chiropractic care facilitates and supports your healing process! As your body works on repairing tissues after any type of injury, there is a lot of internal communication happening. Chiropractic helps your body and your nerve system to have the best possible communication with that wisdom inside of you. This inner wisdom is truly the source of our bodies' capacity for healing. Supporting full and clear communication with it, through chiropractic, greatly facilitates your speedy healing and your best possible outcome.
Many of our clients at Inner Brilliance Chiropractic have experienced the benefits of chiropractic care in how well they were able to handle (and recover from) all sorts of life challenges. We believe that those who have had an injury also deserve the same exceptional level of quality chiropractic care. Our sole focus is supporting you in your recovery. Optimize your recovery with chiropractic care!
FYI:
-Doctors of Chiropractic are able to make referrals (when appropriate) for additonal types of care to assist you in your healing. These may include: massage therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, podiatrists, diagnostic x-rays, primary care physicians, etc.
-At Inner Brilliance Chiropractic, if you've been injured in an auto accident, we bill your insurance company for you.
Happy healing!

Thanks for the information about chiropractic work. I was told that I need to visit a chiropractor in Long Grove, IL, but I have been nervous because I have heard mixed things about what they do and about the results. But this post was very encouraging. Thanks for writing.

When you are in search of a injury chiropractor, what is it that you should look for and what should you expect? There are a lot of places out there, but I do not know of many places that can help out. If you know if http://www.oremchiropractor.com/chiropractic_services.html is a good company to go through let me know as soon as you can.

I got into a pretty bad car wreck a few months ago, and nothing would ease my back pain until I finally gave chiropractic care a try. I'm definitely a believer now. http://ariaintegrativehealth.com/services/chiropractic/

I've been seeing a chiropractor on and off ever since I was a teenager. For some reason, whenever I visit them, I have this strange desire to see how many times my back pops when they adjust me. I'll have to start that up again when I go to a new chiropractor. I'm looking to go to Dr. Serge Lanoue.

I agree that healing only happens from the inside out. I wish all Dr's shared the same vision as those in the chiropractic world. Your blog is amazing, as well as the picture of that cat.

I love that your philosophy is that the body heals from the inside out. I've never been to a chiropractor, but I've been thinking of going because lately I've been feeling pain in my shoulder. Other than getting treated for the pain, are there other lifestyle choices I can change to ease the strain on my shoulder?

This is a great philosophy. I have always thought that healing comes from the inside. I think it would be great to try this out some time.

Thanks for the advice and encouragement. My brother pulled his hip out playing soccer, and he's almost refusing to get better because he's so sick over missing tryouts. I think he's physically capable, but mentally he's blocked himself from moving forward. Hopefully he'll snap out of it soon.

I have never considered chiropractics, but am very interested in your article. I love the idea of your own body doing the healing and the chiropractics are simply supporting it. Very interesting article which is also well written.

A few months ago, my sister was playing in her softball game and hurt her lower back. She was pulled out of the game and went to see the trainer immediately. She told her she had a herniated disc., The trainer suggested that she should go see a chiropractor. It is funny that you said that you heal from the inside out because that is what the chiropractor told her. Anyway after a few adjustments her back was feeling better. Whenever her back gets tight or uncomfortable she goes back and gets another adjustment. Chiropractic care is completely under rated.

Is it safe to see a chiropractor if you have had fusions? I do not have any more bulging discs, but my spine does get tight at times. I am wondering if a chiropractor would be able to help me stay loose.

I agree that healing is something that happens from the inside out. I think you are right that chiropractors can help that healing occur. There are lots of reasons to see a chiropractor. My sister saw one after a car accident and I'm thinking of going to one for my back pain. Thanks for the information.

I think that you will be alright, Eugene. Just make sure to tell your chiropractor about any previous conditions. I could be wrong, but it seems like they would be able to work around the problem area.

I think that is a nice thing to consider, healing should start from the inside outward. I have always felt like that is how it should be in my own life. I have yet to go to a chiropractor, but I would very much like to go.

I like your saying about healing from the inside out. It makes a lot of sense. I have been battling back pain for 10 years. Traditional treatment has not been effective, and it is time to try something new.

I have an old football injury from high school that never healed right. After reading your article, I have decided to visit a chiropractor. I know some other athletes who have had success with chiropractic care. I wonder why I never thought of this until now.

I think it makes sense that healing happens from the inside-out. The body is amazing and can heal itself. Doctors can only intervene and help or speed the process. My mother has gone to a lot of chiropractors and that seems like the process that they take. I think it would be cool to be one. http://www.irondequoitchiropracticcenter.com/services

My wife and I were introduced to chiropractic care after she got in her car accident. She needed to go to help her back heal and she loved it so much that she brought me to one of the sessions. Now we go at least once a month together. It's the relaxation that I need every once in a while.

My mom has a very similar saying about healing from the inside out. My mom didn't usually give us medicine when we were sick because she felt that it was best to let the sickness pass naturally. I actually feel that it was a very good method because now my body is more immune to many diseases.

Hey Holly,

You are right that Chiropractic care can play an essential role for anyone healing from an injury. Whether you had a fall, a car accident, a sports injury, or a repetitive strain at work.
I'm totally agree with you. Chiropractic care restores the right kind of functioning of your body

I feel a little silly looking for chiropractic care when I don't play a sport and I haven't been injured, but I think my job is starting to wear on me. I sit at a computer all day, and I'm having more back pain now than I ever have before. I want to talk to a professional, even if it's just so they can show me better ways to sit and stretch. | http://www.drmarcharing.com
